Limits of Responsibility

FuyuRain accepts no responsibility for user input errors. Please make sure your address is correct at check-out!

FuyuRain accepts no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during use of the product.

Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with any/all packaging contents.
2. Customer must provide receipt or proof of purchase. 
3. Customer acknowledges that a small return shipping fee, depending on the item, will be deducted from their refund when a prepaid UPS return label is issued by FuyuRain. If the product(s) is defective or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived. 

Please note that:

1. Refunds are processed using your original payment method. 
2. Last chance, clearance, and B Grade Pins are ineligible for returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 From the time your item has been received in our shop, please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, an inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return. As soon as your return is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations & Order Edits

We generally don't allow customers to cancel or edit their order after 2 days of ordering. To cancel or edit your order during that window, please email us immediately at [email protected] with the word(s) "cancel" or "edit" somewhere in the subject line please!
