All items, except singluar sticker purchases, have tracking.
Customer Responsibilities
-Ensure that the order's shipping address is valid and correct. If any mistakes on the shipping address causes the package to Return To Sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be reshipped.
If applicable:
-Keep track of the shipping status of your order once tracking information has been emailed to you. Customers are responsible for timely collection of the packages that have been delivered to the shipping address.
-Check the USPS tracking number given via the shipment notification to ensure that the package is delivered at a timely manner.
Proccessing
1-2 weeks; However, during times of high order volume (pre-orders, after sales, new releases, and during holidays) please allow additional time for fulfillment.
Every product other than pins are MADE TO ORDER! MADE TO ORDER items may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to get your order to you!
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to be updated by the shipping service.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
If, for any reason, we are unable to ship to the destination of an order, we will cancel your order and issue a refund as soon as possible.
FAQ
I've placed multiple orders, can you combine them?
We will try our best to do so; However, if we feel a certain item may be safer shipping in a seperate package we will do so. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do you ship your items?
The following information is subject to change:
Prints ship in Uline brand "Stay Flat"s.
Stickers ship in letter envelopes.
Enamel pins ship in small bubble mailers.
Lost Packages
If for any reason the tracking number status isn't updating please file a USPS Missing Mail form.
FuyuRain is not responsible for missing, stolen, or lost packages delivered through third party shipping services and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund for these orders. Please make sure you keep track of your package via the tracking number. Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced. It is common for the package to arrive days after the tracking's delivery date. Unfortunately, USPS will not accept any claims if the package was scanned as "Delivered".
